Notice

Bonnigal Bodet is an unclaimed organic estate for this vintage, using no inputs and indigenous yeasts. Les Beauvoir is a dry white wine with a golden colour. On the palate, it is richly aromatic, fruity and slightly woody. In fact, it was matured under wood. The finish is very mineral, typical of Loire wines, with a slight bitterness.

 

Grape variety : Chenin

 

Alcohol content : 14.5%
