Notice

This cuvée is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The grapes are traditionally vinified in barrels, macerated for 35 to 50 days and then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.  On tasting, we find aromas of black fruits and spices. The finish is slightly woody and the tannins are velvety.
