Notice

Grenache, Syrah and Carignan are blended in this Montpellier Grés de Montpellier cuvee. Cultivated organically, the Exuberant is also harvested by hand. Vinification and maturing is carried out in vats with a maceration period of 4 weeks. The tasting presents: a garnet colour, the nose opens up with complex aromas of blackcurrant and black fruit. On the palate, the attack is clear with a good length.
