Notice

It is with several grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre that this cuvee of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the famous Côtes du Rhône vintage, was born. The vines are planted on clay and pebble soils, a unique terroir in this appellation. The harvest is manual with several sorting of the grapes, in order to keep only the best. After a maceration of 35 days, the wine is aged in tuns and barrels.
