Notice

This rum uses water from the snowy peaks of a volcano for its fermentation. It undergoes two distillations in a Charentais alembic, then it is aged for 5 years in French oak barrels. It is finally infused with a regional cocoa.  In the mouth this Deadhead rum is rich in cocoa, but also presents pleasant notes of vanilla and caramel.
