Notice

This unique cuvee of the distillery is the result of a blend of rums distilled in copper stills and aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon and whisky casks. Then, this 2005 single vintage has been aged for an additional year in ex Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is dominated by coffee, vanilla and cooked fruits. The palate is silky, with chocolate and tobacco. The finish is long and delicate, with a hint of red fruit.
