In the heart of Burgundy, Domaine Aurore Bachelet offers us a 100% Chardonnay cuvée from the Santenay appellation. Aged in barrel for 12 months, this brilliant wine has a complex aromatic bouquet. Fruity aromas such as pear and peach are accompanied by floral, vanilla and toasted almond notes. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, revealing the notes already perceived on the nose. All this is enhanced by notes of honey and hazelnut. A perfect accompaniment to seafood or grilled fish.
