Notice

Chenin's vines are organically grown in order to respect a balance between the soil and the plant. After a manual harvest, the harvest is sorted several times in order to vinify the best quality grapes. The tasting gives us aromas of white flowers, almond and hazelnut. The palate is as aromatic as the nose with the delicate freshness and chalky notes on the finish.
