Notice

The Cabernet Franc cuvee comes from organic viticulture. In order to obtain the highest quality, the grapes are harvested by hand with successive sorting. After one year's maturing, the "Maison Cassée" offers a beautiful garnet colour, a nose of red fruits and after aeration, spices, leather and vanilla notes. The structure is not lacking with its powerful tannins which finish gently.
