Notice

"Moulin des Quints" comes from the Cabernet Franc vines grown organically and hand-picked. In order to refine the bouquet and structure of this cuvee, Domaine de La Paleine has matured it for one year. It has a limpid cherry colour, a nose with intense notes of morello cherries and small red fruits. The tannins are present but remain supple until the end of the mouth.
