Notice

The Domaine de la Paleine cultivates its vines organically and harvests its grapes by hand. It is in these optimal conditions that the cuvée of Saumur rouge is born. The colour of this grape can be identified by its purplish colour, similar to that of the Cabernet Franc. The nose is intense with black berries and red fruits such as raspberries. On the palate the fruit dominates and the tannins are very supple, the aromas range from red fruit to spices.
