DOMAINE DE MONTORAY, Libreval, 2021

This Chenin comes from an organic agriculture with soils worked mechanically and with the horse with a calcareous clay soil with cilex. The grapes are harvested manually and then sorted. The wine making is also organic without any corrective products. The maturing is slow in vats and oak barrels.

Libreval is distinguished by its fruity aromas, notably the fruits of the orchard, but above all for its minerality.
