DOMAINE DE NOZAY, Château de Nozay, 2019

The vines are cultivated according to the biodynamic philosophy. The Château du Nozay cuvée expresses the aromatic richness of Sauvignon Blanc with its freshness, liveliness and intense aromas. The old vines assert all the quality of the vinification with a golden yellow colour, tart notes and its white flowers and citrus fruits that open up on the nose. The cuvée is special because it has been matured in barrels for 12 months, which refines its complexity on tasting.
