Notice

This Cairanne is made from 3 grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, all cultivated biodynamically. After a vinification by grape variety and a two-week vatting period, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 15 months. This wine offers aromas of black fruits, thyme, garrigue and spices. The tannins are fine and the finish is refreshing. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. 

 

Alcohol content : 14% Vol
Vintage : 2020
Grape varieties : Grenache 60%, Syrah 20%, Mourvèdre 20%.
