Notice

On clay and flint soils lie the 55 year old Sauvignon vines. Fermentation is carried out in barrels, as is the ageing process, which lasts 16 months. After this stage we find a complex nose of fruit and slightly vanilla. On the palate, the roundness gives volume to the wine, accompanied by an intense freshness. 

 

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

Grape variety : Sauvignon Blanc
