DOMAINE DES HAUTS NOELLES, Les Granges, 2015

Les Granges is a plot selection with its only grape variety: Melon de Bourgogne. The 30 year old vines are planted on sand and schist soil. When the time comes to harvest, the bunches are selected and sorted by hand on the plot of Les Granges. During the maturing process, the wine remains on its lees to give it more fatness and smoothness. It can be kept for up to 5 years.
