Notice

The cuvée ouvrage is recognisable by its limestone soil, its vinification in casks and its organic and biodynamic philosophy. The nose is complex with a finesse of spices. One also recognises the roasted aromas that will embellish the wine's bouquet. On the palate, the tannins are powerful.

Grape variety : Pinot Noir, Gamay
