DOMAINE DES ROCHES NEUVES, Clos de L' Echelier, 2018

The Cabernet Franc grapes are grown according to the organic farming model, on clay and limestone soil. The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates, with successive sorting to keep the best of the grapes. The colour of this wine reflects that of the grape variety and the vinification process, with a ruby red colour tending towards garnet. The aromas are as intense on the palate as on the nose with a dominant of red fruits. The tannins are powerful and full-bodied, requiring two years of cellaring before it can be enjoyed.
Drink it for up to 10 years.
