Domaine du Nozay, La plante froide, 2022

La plante froide is a Sancerre parcel, vinified according to Biodynamic principles. Some of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats, and some in earthenware jars for a few weeks.

On tasting, the wine is full of surprises. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it's a round wine with aromas of pear and exotic fruit, accompanied by a slightly present but very pleasant acidity.

A perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, cold meats, cheeses, fish and seafood.
