Notice

This cuvée is made from Pinot Noir grown in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrels for 12 months. On the nose, it offers aromas of cooked black fruits (cherry, blackberry) and humus. The mouth is greedy and structured with a good balance. 

 

Alcohol content : 14% Vol.
Vintage : 2020
Grape variety : Pinot Noir
