Notice

Les Baffés is a White Chinon, a color representing only 5% of the appellation, with a clay-limestone soil. The grapes for this wine are harvested when they are over-ripe, malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine is aged in barrels for 10 months. All this brings to the wine a great aromatic richness with in particular aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon or floral and mineral. The malolactic brings a roundness to the wine of the most pleasant. It will perfectly accompany fish such as salmon or poultry, or even shellfish in sauce.

 

Alcohol level : 13%.
