Notice

Les Galluches is a 100% Cabernet Franc on a sand and gravel soil. The vines are managed in organic agriculture, the wine is aged 8 months in oak barrels on fine lees. It is a light, fresh and fruity wine with aromas of ripe fruits which will accompany a marvellous fish in sauce, cooked pork meats, poultry or even light cheeses.

 

Alcohol content : 13%.
