On the clay-limestone soils of Cour-Cheverny, the Romorantin, the white grape variety of the appellation, asserts itself. The Portail presents a wine with golden reflections and a nose of white flowers that tends towards acacia and honey over time. The length in the mouth is present on the fruit.
