Notice

The vines are 30 years old on a schist terroir. The Cabernet Franc grapes are vinified in barrels and aged for 15 months. After this stage, the wine has a brilliant garnet colour with purple hues. The aromas fly between red fruits and peppery notes. On the palate, the structure is quite supple with melted tannins. 
To be enjoyed within 5 to 10 years. Domaine Les Grandes Vignes, L'Ancrie, Cabernet Franc
