DOMAINE LOUIS CHEZE, RO-REE rouge, 2018

A Syrah-based wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation. After a manual harvest and a selective sorting of the grapes, the berries will undergo a fermentation in thermo-regulated vats and then a 12 months ageing in barrels. The nose gives off aromas of red fruits, blackberry, raspberry. On the palate, the wine offers aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by silky tannins and a good length on the finish.
