The Domaine Vincent Carême presents a sparkling Vouvray elaborated according to the ancestral method, following the codes of organic viticulture. The harvest is manual, the Chenin comes from old vines of the estate. The tasting promises fine and delicate bubbles, a complex nose of fruits such as citrus fruits or pear. On the palate the freshness is accompanied by notes of citrus fruit and hazelnut, for a long finish.
