Notice

Vincent Carême presents his cuvee of dry Chenin, the famous white grape variety of the Loire. Produced using organic farming methods and flint clay soil, the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in barrels. This Vouvray expresses a clear and limpid colour. A nose of pear and peach opens up, then in the mouth it is the softness and roundness that surprises. Good balance between acidity and smoothness.
