DOMAINE YANNICK AMIRAULT, Cote 50, 2023

This organic wine, emblematic of the Bourgueil appellation, is made from a predominantly sand soil and hand-picked, and has a purple colour. The Cote 50 offers us notes of red fruits and spices, such as Cabernet Franc pepper. On the palate, the freshness is reinforced by the acidity, while the melted tannins give a gourmand wine, on the fruit.
