A Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley with a great deal of flavour! 100% Pinot Noir from clay-limestone soil, hand-harvested and aged in truncated cone-shaped vats for 10 months. The nose reveals notes of acidulous and spicy red fruits. On the palate, this wine expresses flavours of red fruits, spices and leather, making it greedy with a nice freshness.
