Notice

This sparkling wine is made with Chenin, cultivated, vinified and matured according to biodynamic viticulture practices. The grapes are harvested by hand with several successive sorting to offer the best quality bubbles. The vines are 50 years old, they express the quality of the terroir of Montlouis-sur-Loire. The colour is deep and luminous. On the palate, the bubbles combine aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with a minerality on the finish.
