JOEL TALUAU ET THIERRY FOLTZENLOGEL, L'Insoumise, 2017

This cuvee of old vines is made from Cabernet Franc. The singularity of L'insoumise is shown by its strong character at the time of maturing. It is in oak barrels that the wine takes on its full character. During 12 months, the wine developed and asserts a beautiful tannic and woody structure.
