LANGLOIS-CHÂTEAU, Brut Réserve, 2013

The cuvée Brut Réserve is a blend of Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, of which Chenin is the majority. The grapes come from a clayey-limestone and schist soil. The Maison Langlois harvests its grapes by hand. This vintage cuvée offers a Crémant with golden reflections. The nose is sublimated by dried fruit and quince. On the palate the bubbles are fine and the freshness is pleasant.
