LANGLOIS-CHÂTEAU, Château Quadrille, 2013

Château Quadrille, the cuvee made from the 4 best plots of vines on the estate, with a blend of 4 grape varieties, the majority of which are Chenin. The harvest is manual for an optimal sorting and a better quality. The wine is aged on lees for 4 years to improve its taste profile. We find fine bubbles, brioche aromas and a pleasant roundness in the mouth.
