Notice

Located in the heart of the Japanese Alps, the Shinshu distillery was founded in 1985. "Cosmo" is a blended malt composed of Mars but also of Scottish single malts. The nose is fine, with aromas of cherry brandy, william pear and vanilla. On the palate, this whisky is very pure, revealing notes of red and black fruits and peppermint. The finish is long and fruity. A pleasant freshness.
