Opthimus 15

Opthimus 15 is a rum from the Dominican Republic, it is emblematic because it offers as much youth as maturity, to please the greatest number. Its ageing process gives it a colour with coppery highlights, while the nose evokes liquorice, nutmeg and sugared almonds. The smoothness of this rum is striking in the mouth, as is its complexity, ranging from mango to dried fruit. This rum is hand-bottled and numbered
