L'Insolite is a dry white wine 100% chenin harvested by hand in 2 successive sortings and aged on fine lees for 1 year. It offers a complex nose with aromas of fruit, notably pear and peach, but also ginger. The mouth is tense, lively, delicately acidic and slightly salty.

Alcohol content : 12.5%.
