YANNICK ET BENOIT AMIRAULT, La Mine, 2022

The 40-year-old Cabernet Franc vines are located in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. Viticulture is certified organic. During the harvest, the grapes are harvested by hand. The vinification in wooden vats allows the aromas of the grape variety to be revealed. Maturing in wooden vats for 6 months reveals a bright fruit and hints of liquorice. The palate has hints of liquorice and black fruit such as blackberry. The finish is long.
