DOMAINE DES HUARDS, JM Tendresse, 2016

This Cour-Cheverny is a semi-dry Romorantin from organic and biodynamic agriculture. It is produced under exceptional climatic conditions. The grape variety, the terroir, the climate and the work of the winegrower make it possible to recognise this wine with its golden hints, notes of honey and a harmony in the mouth that makes it delicate and full of "Tenderness".  The mouth is floral, mineral and fruity.
