Notice

The single malt of Ninkasi is a sweet and gourmand whisky aged in oak barrel of chardonnay and viognier. On the nose we find aromas of tonka bean, salted butter caramel or white grape. On the palate, the aromas of plum and apricot compoted come generously to settle on the palate. Aromas of lemon thyme and smoke make up the finish.
