CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER, Rosé de Saignée

In this cuvee, Drappier honours the Pinot Noir grape variety, grown on limestone soil and used to make their rosé de saignée. After a three-day maceration to obtain its colour, the wine is left in the bottle for 30 months. The nose is dominated by red fruits with notes of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, we find the same aromas as on the nose with some stone fruit notes, accompanied by a pleasant freshness.
