Cuvée Charles 1er from Dommaine Usseglio Raymond et Fils is a wine from the Lirac appellation. Produced from different plots of sandy and pebbly soil, it is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Respectful of the environment, this organic and biodynamic wine has a lively nose with aromas of violets and red fruit. Aged for 20 months in concrete vats, these red fruit aromas linger on the palate with hints of raspberry and black cherry. With its excellent ageing potential, it can be enjoyed with fine, full-flavoured meats such as beef or lamb.

 

Alcohol content: 14.5 % Vol.

Grape variety : Grenache (70%), Syrah (20%), Mourvèdre (10%)
