DOMAINE DIDIER DAGUENEAU, blanc etc, 2020

It is after an ageing in barrel of 12 months that the white cuvée etc formerly smoked white of pouilly is born. It comes from a parcel selection of Sauvignon Blanc on a terroir of flinty clay and limestone marl. On the nose, this cuvée is expressive, with aromas of exotic fruits, grapefruit and white flowers with a fine minerality. On the palate, "Blanc etc" reveals notes of ripe fruit and citrus fruits accompanied by a pleasant mineral tension with smoky accents. Of a great precision. The finish is endowed with a beautiful persistence. To be decanted one hour before drinking or to be kept up to 10 years in the cellar.
