Notice

Les Coteaux is a Chinon 100% Chenin which has undergone a double fermentation, the malolactic process adding roundness to the wine. It has also been matured in casks for 9 months, giving the wine great ageing potential.

 

On the palate, the wine is fresh, round and fruity, with hints of pear and white-fleshed fruit, as well as a hint of honey to round out the palate. It's an ideal wine to accompany cheeses and desserts, as well as all your white meat and fish dishes.

 

Alcohol content : 13.5%.
