Domaine de Cocagne, Chenin quoi de plus, 2022

Chenin quoi de plus is a 100% Chenin white wine with a highly aromatic nose of white fruit, minerality and freshness. On the palate, it is a fresh wine with a mineral and fruity aroma such as lemon, orchard fruit and white flowers. There is also a slight roundness on the palate, giving the wine a fine balance. This wine, produced by two young winemakers, Clarisse Godet and Benjamain Louf, is a perfect accompaniment to white meats and fish, or simply as an aperitif.
