Domaine des HAUT BAIGNEUX, Pièces des Moulins, 2022

Pièce des Moulins is the 2022 vintage of Domaine des Hauts Baigneux. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is grown on flinty clay soil, which gives it a lovely aromatic lightness. The aromas are very fruity, with lovely citrus notes on the nose that carry through to the perfectly balanced palate. It is barrel-aged and has the particularity of not having been filtered, which gives it a greedy aspect but with a nice tension. A perfect accompaniment to shellfish, fish or cheese.
