Secret is a dry white wine made from two grape varieties that go very well together : Chenin and Chardonnay.

 

On the nose, it's an expressive wine, with citrus, floral and liquorice notes.

 

On the palate, it has a lovely aromatic bouquet of quince and many other fruits and citrus fruits, as well as a slight minerality.

 

Alcohol content : 12.5%.

 

Grape varieties : Chenin, Chardonnay
