The Domaine Huguenot cuvée Blanc d'Argile is 100% Chardonnay. This wine is a 2020 vintage from a Côte de Nuits vineyard. Produced organically, it is the result of blending several parcels in the Fixin AOC in Burgundy. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, this wine has a pale gold colour with brilliant highlights. The nose reveals scents of white flowers, with peppery and citrus notes building in intensity. On the palate, this wine is round and delicate, with a lovely liveliness due to its fine tension and pleasant minerality.
