Domaine Huguenot, Terre Brune, 2021

Terre Brune is a cuvée from Domaine Huguenot. With the Fixin appellation and a 2021 vintage, this wine is made from Pinot Noir, the fruit of blending several plots in the Côte de Nuits vineyards. Produced using organic methods, this cuvée is matured in oak barrels for between 12 and 15 months. The fresh cherry, fruit characteristic of this Burgundy grape gives it a lovely intensity on the nose, while on the palate it has fruity aromas, perfectly balanced with dense tannins.
