DOMAINES MINCHIN, Le Claux Delorme, valençay rouge 2018

This cuvée is the result of the blending of 4 grape varieties: Gamay, Côt, Cabernet franc and Pinot Noir on flinty clay and gravel soils. After manual harvesting, cold maceration and a 20-day vatting period, the juice is left in vats for 10 months. This blend gives a well-balanced wine, with red and black fruits and spices. A wine full of greed.

Grape varieties: Gamay 45%, Côt 35%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Pinot Noir 10%.
