YANNICK ET BENOIT AMIRAULT, Les Malgagnes Amphore, 2017

The Cabernet Franc is cultivated with vines over 50 years old in organic farming. The harvest is done by hand in small boxes to give the best to the wine. The wine is vinified in wooden vats called foudre. The wine is matured for 13 months in amhpore. The maturing process gives the wine a unique character through fine aromas of undergrowth, spices and red fruits.
On the palate, the wine is delicate with tannic substance and a good length in the mouth. It can be enjoyed now and up to 15 years after the harvest.
